What is remote Access?
This has to be arranged prior to use. How it works will be explained in detail then. But basically, our engineer will be able to go on your computer as if they were in front of it. This can be done via a simple program that you use which will allow us access. This can only be done with your permission and we could never access your PC without first arranging this
